Overview: By purchasing from spacegamez.shop, you agree to these terms.

Product: The SpaceGamez Retro Card is a microSD card containing a pre-installed game library and the SpaceGamez launcher software, designed for Windows-based devices. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in packaging may occur.

License of use: The software and content on the card are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the content of the card, in whole or in part.

Pricing & payment: All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at checkout via our payment provider. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the option of waiting for restock or receiving a full refund.

Warranty: The physical card is covered by our 7-day DOA replacement policy (see Refund & Return Policy). We provide reasonable customer support for setup issues via support@spacegamez.shop.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SpaceGamez is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product, including damage caused by improper use, modification of the card's contents, or use with unsupported devices.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
